We are looking for a super organised Customer Experience Co-ordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and getting the right result in the right time frame for our subscribers. The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, be able to adapt with empathy when resolving our customer’s queries and take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied.
You will have previous call centre experience enabling you to understand the lingo and the targets we constantly work towards exceeding. You will be a clear and succinct communicator who forms strong working relationships with internal customers as well as a variety of external suppliers and of course our customers. Numeracy, the ability to quickly learn new systems and a drive to ensure financial objectives are met are a must.
