Woman's Day – New Zealand's most popular weekly women's magazine – seeks an enthusiastic and experienced individual to take the position of Graphic Designer.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working within an energetic, highly skilled team based at Bauer Media in Auckland's exciting City Works Depot precinct.

You will be passionate about magazines, and must be experienced and confident in designing fresh, stylish and innovative page layouts, with an extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop. A formal graphic-design qualification will be required, along with lots of creativity. Two years' experience working as a graphic designer is preferred but not critical.

You will have a strong appreciation for the need for flexibility and exceptional attention to detail, together with a sense of urgency and the skills required to deal with the pressure when working to deadlines.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a dedicated can-do attitude, along with the ability to work within a close-knit team.
